Former State Minister of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan said that “Artsakh was, is, and will be.”
Ruben Vardanyan’s Telegram channel reports that during a phone conversation with his eldest son, Ruben Vardanyan asked to share his three thoughts:

1. Artsakh was, is, and will be.
2. Believe in yourself — as a part of God; believe in goodness and in light.
3. A true hero is the one who can kindle hope where it no longer exists, who supports others when they have lost their faith.
