They call for its swift signing to advance a lasting peace process in the South Caucasus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signing of this agreement should be the first step in discussions between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The goal is to achieve normalization of relations while respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of both states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until this agreement is signed, the European Union\u2019s observation mission, whose mandate has been extended until 2027, must continue its work.
