He underlined the urgency of resolving humanitarian issues, describing them as the first essential step toward lasting peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIf the two countries are genuinely talking about establishing peace, it makes sense to begin by addressing humanitarian issues, since these are sensitive and painful matters for people,\u201d Mirzoyan noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He stressed that work in this direction continues on a daily basis.
